I live in SD I need to program a pro106 with the talkgroups for san diego police department substations. I am totally new to this and totally confused at this point. I thought it was done but then my neighbor brought it back to me and said please help.So here I am needing a someones expertise. Thanks!

There are several choices for software also. Just search for Pro-106 software. You will also need the correct programming cable.
