I purchased a license for ProScan a while ago. I installed and activated a copy on a computer that suffered complete meltdown from a lighting strike. Zero chance of getting it running again. In the meantime, I recently installed and activated a 2nd. copy on a new home laptop. All good. Today I wanted to activate a copy on my work laptop, but received a message that I had exceeded the number of instances I could activate. How can I get the original copy deactivated if I can't boot the computer?
