Need to get my local scanner

I used to able to get my local scanner on my iphone using my app 5.0 Radio.....Now the app and this site is unable to locate the local police scanner. can anyone help me???? My local police scanner is
in Wisconsin, Door county / Sturgeon bay Police. any help would be greatly appreciated.
