my trunked scanner does not pickup nothing in Wilmington Ohio that is in Clinton county. did they go digital yesterday it worked today nothing. 06/13/2015

They are in the process of switching to the Ohio MARCS-IP (P25) System. If you are no longer hearing them on the EDACS system they have probably switched.
This was posted in the MARCS-IP Thread - Courtesy of "sopranosno1". This new information has not been entered into the database as yet.
Here is my list of talk groups on clinton county p25 sys. 11560 wilm-pd,11561-sheriff, 11562 village units, 11501 wilm ems?, 11531 fire ems wilm?, 11537 district 7 paging, 11552 ems, 11549 unit 2701, 11502??,11547, 11550, 11530 encrypted. The control ch is 851.725. voice channels so far are 855.9125,853.375,857.2875,858.2875. Also did hear on the old edacs sys the transit service. Old sys is still up and running.
You will need a digital scanner to receive this system.
