Well, at this point...the only thing that makes sense is that it is a distance/terrain issue. The fact that you said you can drive 2 miles down the road and hear Elk County when you can't hear it at home sort of solves that. The only solution could be to try to get your antenna higher if at all possible. Maybe that, in conjunction with the booster/amplifier, will allow you to receive those signals.
