Needed: icw2wav.exe Audio File Conversion Tool

Hi,

I'm looking for this audio conversion tool for ICOM .icw files to .wav file format. If you have this stored somewhere or know a site where it is still available (I've done multiple searches and got nada) please let me know. The copy I had was lost in a disk failure.
