I posted this in the Indiana forum (where I'm from) earlier this week, but haven't made any progress. I'll try here, as this system may be in western Ohio.

Monday's post:
154.755 DMR I believe is a public safety dispatch channel, as the most common RID is 91101. Other RIDs are 76xxx, 40xxx, and 60xxx. CC escapes me at the moment, but the TG is 401, and the Slot is 2. The TG is encrypted, and the only one seen. This system has to been in Indiana, Michigan, or Ohio.

Today's additional info:
I'm starting to see some others TGs and RIDs on this freq. The color code is 14, with RAS. The other TGs are also BP Enc, being TG402 on SL 1, TG3025 on SL2 from RID:648857, and TG2449 on SL 2. Correction on what I believe to be the dispatcher RID, it's going to be 911001.

I've also seen 45xxx, 68xxx, and 80xxx RIDs today, that I haven't seen before. Some of this may be bad decoding from DSD, as the signal is fading in and out.

I do NOT believe this system is within an area of Allen Co, IN to Randolph Co, IN; westward towards Miami Co, IN; as my reception of this system fades to zero at times.

I found it! Vermillion county, IL. I guess living one county away from the IN/OH state line I never thought to look in IL. I'm not surprised by the location though. I receive a 152/153Mhz DMR GPS coordinates system from Attica, IN almost daily, and Attica and Vermilion county, IL straddle the IL/IN state line. Doh!
