Needing Opinions on Scanners

I bought my wife a WS1040 for Christmas. However, it appears that this unite will not receive P25 Phase II signals. I am looking for opinions as to which handheld scanner is best for picking up these signals.

Uniden SDS 100. Make sure what she wants to listen to in your area is not encrypted!

As I said in your other post, about the WS1040 not working, for best recommendations you need to tell us where you are located and what you want to listen to. Scanners aren't one size fits all, they are based on the systems and frequencies you want to listen to.
