Neshoba County/Philadelphia frequencies

I am using a Whistler TRX-1. I have updated firmware, ez scan software, RR database, and loaded them to the scanner. I am unable to listen to: Philadelphia PD, Philadelphia Fire, and Neshoba SO. They have the same frequencies for Digital as Analog. I can hear the digital code in analog but no voice. I lock-out the analog frequency and never receive anything on the digital. I'm only 3 miles from the repeater tower.
Also, Philadelphia PD has a NEW frequency but it is shown as FMN. Do I need to program it as DMR?

Have you gotten the dmr upgrade by chance

I got the Philly PD New working. RR shows it as FMN and it is DMR. I searched the FCC database for all frequencies in my county, I'm going to add them to the scanner tonight. I will duplicate them as FMN & DMR. I will update this thread after that.

Submit if you can the color code and slot and talk group if you can.
