I did a search of the form and was actually surprised this has never been brought up so I thought I’d share.

For domestic flights it’s the simple call sign of Execjet, then the numeric portion of the aircraft tail number EJA150 = N150QS.

The differences occur in two situations, one of which is flying internationally. In this case they will use the call sign N150QS (spoken phonetically), with no use of the Execjet callsign.

Last situation is any aircraft departing/arriving KDCA. The flow control / slot time method of operation there requires special flight planning and requires government approval. These flights do use the normal spoken Execjet callsign, but with a government-assigned flight number. Something random such as EJA5745, not the normal 3 digits.

Finally , If anyone didn’t know, the “QS” hints at the term “quarter-share”, being a Part 91K fractional ownership operator.
