I had this issue for awhile and have not had anymore audio loss since early summer 2023. I'm not sure how the problem was resolved but suspect that it was resolved in an upgrade. I am currently running version 22.0. I just checked and downloaded 22.1 which I will install today. ProScan has been running 24/7 with the web server on. At this point, I consider my issue resolved and closed. Thank you to those who forwarded information to this forum and assisted.
