I suspect that Network Europe was the program Network Europe from the station of Radio Romania who puts out a good signal.

World Radio Network

Could be Romania .They also used the term " World Radio Network " which I believe might be a group of
European stations .Maybe Romanian is one of them .Thanks K9RZZ .Art
