I paid for a Homepatrol advertised by MarkMiller19663out.
I Received an email that the item would be shipped but he needed my address (which is already given on the Paypal page).
I provided my address but received no reply.
Two days later he cancelled the transaction without a reply email or explanation.
My funds were returned so I can't totally say "negative feedback" because I never actually received anything (other than a headache and wasted time) from this seller.
