I stumbled across a new single channel/2 slot Cap+ system in the Bay Area that is not in the RR DB. I want to submit it but I would like to confirm a few more points to ensure it's submitted accurately to the right county and reference the correct callsign/licensee.
I've picked it up in both the city of San Mateo and Redwood City. Signal is very strong in both locations.
DSD reports it as Cap+ Site: 1 DCC:6
The frequency is on 461.4750
I've captured a handful of talkgroups on this system. Majority are in-the-clear (TG's 1, 32, 33, 210) and one was encrypted (TG 11). From what I can gather, they all appear to be security companies in and around the city of San Jose.
I believe the the frequency is licensed to Telepath Corp WQUL549 (Telepath Corporation) FCC Callsign Details.
I was wondering if anyone might be able to confirm this is the correct callsign/license, and if anyone else has been monitoring it and might know more specific details of the talkgroups descriptions. The only other one that comes up with the FCC on this frequency in this area is the San Fran Zoo (which is actually what I was trying to see if I could get here in San Mateo but came across this instead - it's clearly not Zoo ops/security).
