There was a good tropo opening here in North TX this morning.
I logged a new 380 MHz P25 system and don't know where it was coming from.
This WACN/SID is not in the database that I could find.

It was coming from east of Wichita Falls, TX but I'm not sure how far or what state.
The strange thing was I was not picking up the usual closer in stuff between the DFW and OKC areas.
Could be Red River Army Depot TX, or maybe further east in LA, AR, MS or AL.

Unitrunker reports:
WACN: 51B90
SYSID: 00A
RFSS: 1
SITE: 1
NAC: 00A
Callsign: MCA J?

385.2125 c
385.8875 a
386.0375 a
386.1875 a
386.3375 a
386.4875 a

Looks like a Harris system that marks all channels as alternate cc but Unitrunker did not popuiate the manufacturer ID.

Band plan shows phase II but all the talkgroups I saw were phase I and most were encrypted.
TGIDs:

1113

RID ranges:

Maybe somebody can figure out where this is but I won't hold my breath.

Good Morning, I have listed that on 05/05 through 05/08 I did a multi step ( 5.0, 6.25, 7.50, 8.33) custom band search of 380.000 through 390.0000. Nothing located here in Asheville other than some strong, silent, unidentified CW transmissions. Just as a guess then, I would put what you found between Asheville and your location. Not much, but maybe a little help

Likely Related to the Conversion from 14C to it's own SysID
