I heard it from my monitoring hill/House in San Diego County (Rancho Santa Fe).

I don't know if these are related, but I'm getting weak P25 activity on 385.725 & 386.225 MHz.

Checked out this site today. Little bit weaker then site 170 from my location.
I logged Site 170 and didn't see any Radio ID's or Voice Grants.
I will check again next month when the system been up longer!...

At about 1955 hours I heard units talking on TG 46000, one ID'ed as "L.A." and they were talking about military police. Good signal in Orange County.

This morning on TG 46017 (SID 0157, voice channel 385.725) hearing Ops and units taking care of overflowing toilets, also heard "Fort Mac", so maybe this is Fort MacArthur?

with 46017 this morning starting from 8:42am to 11:15am.
sounded like a 'Maintenance Talkgroup'
8:46am - Fortmac Control, All Fortmac units, Did Everyone change over there radios. (Sounds like you are right!)

I thought I had heard a P25 transmission once before, now getting a weak CC signal on 386.225 MHz from Orange County. No RF bars showing on my scanner, and the SysId is not showing yet either.
