That's Ok dragon . I don't think it's scanner masters fault I don't think they open and check every box .But it did get past uniden quality control.

We had a 6-pack case of 536's that apparently came without SD-Cards. 2 customers called us about that and we sent out programmed SD-Cards. We checked our stock and found that there were a couple others from the same case that had no cards, all the rest were fine.

If you bought it from ScannerMaster call us and we will make it right. If you bought it elsewhere please call the seller and I am sure they will make it right.

We will deal with Uniden in this, I am sure it was just an error in the factory.
