This letter from Feb 2016 says these freqs are ready for imediate use.

It sounded like they said NET-CORD but i believe it was NEV-CORD
East Fork Fire District and Tahoe Douglas Fire District running a rollover accident at 2:20 am on kingsbury grade and it wasnt clear where at on kings bury grade so east fork came up from bottom and tahoe douglas came down from top.
Coordination too fire districts and dispatch was on Douglas Co ORANGE 156.2250 MHz
so i waited till careflight was over head and then i heard dispatch telling engine 21 that careflight was attempting to contact on CAL-CORD, it was at this time that a over air correction was made to switch to NEV-CORD and as i suspected it was VMED28 155.3400 MHz in nifog manuel showing 156.7 tone but NEV-CORD was carrier squelch no tone detected.
Heard td engine 21 and careflight 2 coordinating on

Frequency License Type Tone Description
155.3400 WQWG213 MO CSQ NEV-CORD-1/STATEWIDE MUTUAL AID

This license also shows same info for 155.3475 VMED29 as NEV-CORD-2/STATEWIDE MUTUAL AID

So that confirms that this is new on scene coordination in nevada
They were using CAL-CORD

I searched NEV-CORD and came up with * list that may come in useful listing all the states medical aircraft freqs for coodination.

Thanks for the info. We need to plug in 156.075 too because Nevada agencies use that and Care Flight uses that on the California side up in the Tahoe/Truckee area.
