Found this article and though it would be interesting. Most may not hear anything, but there is always a possibility, mostly just the aircraft number, location, and landing & take off intentions.

FRANKFORT — The Kentucky Board of EMS Air Medical Subcommittee is recommending that frequency 125.025 be monitored by all air medical aircraft in Kentucky, and that each aircraft announce their intentions over this frequency within 15 miles of their landing zone.
This is an aircraft frequency not commonly available to first responders, and the intent is to improve communication between all pilots responding to a scene.
The committee is addressing safety issues raised in a letter the Federal Aviation Administration sent to KBEMS.
KBEMS will notify all air medical providers of this frequency's designation and are starting the process of having the FAA issue a Notice to Airmen (NOTAM) of the recommendation. NOTAMs are published every 28 days by the FAA.
