NEW ALBANY, Ind. -- Even the police departments were not immune to the power outages that affected large portions of Floyd County.

The Floyd County Highway Department was also on the Floyd Sheriff VHF as well. There was some interesting "R" rated language until the Sheriff dispatcher reminded them what channel they were on!
