New Alinco 2 Meter Installed in Jeep

I picked up a new smaller 2 meter mobile rig and did an install in a 2004 Jeep Liberty. I have made a few other videos/postings of similar projects but this one is of a slightly different mount. The "mount" consists of a 5"x5" metal backing plate that is simply toggle bolted to the defrost vent at the windshield.

In any event, I did an unboxing as well as the quick build/install of the mount.

Alinco makes decent radios. I had a 235 in the car put took it out when I picked up a 741
