New at this, feel stupid and need some kind of help

Due to the current state of USA, i wanted to check out scanning. Bought a WS1040. Paid for a premium subscription here. Am using PSR-500/600 etc. program. Attempt to import from here but it says there is an error and my username and/or password is incorrect, but it is not. WTF? I am very confused about it and can't seem to find any solution.

Go to the System-wide Administration forum and leave your problem there. I am sure that one of the administrators will answer your question.
