Over the last few months Atlanta center has been slowly bringing online all of the new frequency assignments on UHF at the RCAG's. This morning I was able to hear 298.95 MHz from the Columbus Georgia TIROE RCAG. This transmitter site is heard here on most days very weak but this morning due to enhancements the signal is better than average being at 160 miles distant. Atlanta center still has not made all the changes yet. The Chattanooga RCAG at Signal Mountain TN still has not brought online any of the new frequencies yet. So keep your list updated for Atlanta, they are amid many changes on the UHF side.
