Yes, that's how I found it. The talk group appeared as NEW, and I looked it up in RR's database, and there is was, listed as a new addition to MPSCS.

Are they using it for dispatch operations or are they just testing?

new baltimore is dispatch by chestrfield pd car #s are like 64 &65

Heard them tell all New Baltimore units to switch to "50COM" for the fish fly fest, and then heard traffic on TG 2254. I usually hear New Baltimore on Cesterfield TG.
