So this system is online with testing going on, but it isn't in the RRDB so that people have the necesssary information to program their scanner? Is that right?

The system is online and there are active users on it. It is also in the DB here: New Mexico DTRS Trunking System, Various, New Mexico - Scanner Frequencies

Bernalillo County and Albuquerque had put out an RFP to upgrade their multiple EDACS systems to P25. They scrapped their plans and decided to join the state system. The state system already has 3 sites in the ABQ area, however, a simulcast system is being built out to support the city and county.
