New Braunfels Fire Encrypted?

According to the database for the LCRA system (Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA) P25 Trunking System, Various, Texas - Scanner Frequencies) the fire talkgroups are NOT encrypted but the notes for the city at Comal County, Texas (TX) Scanner Frequencies and Radio Frequency Reference indicate they are.

I have a guy asking on this so does anyone know for sure whether the fire channels in New Braunfels are encrypted or not?

No, they are not encrypted. even they EMS to Hosp TGs are in the clear. just law enforcement activities are.

Those notes indicate that Only Police are encrypted.
