New Broadcaster with BDC996P2 - TAGS Question

So I have a BCD996P2 setup using the USB Cable from Uniden. It's connected, the audio feed is great. I'm using the ScannerCast RR Edition to broadcast but no metadata is coming across. I switched to RadioFeed, and also, nothing coming across. Any suggestions?

Did you power cycle the scanner? If rebooting the computer at the same time, power cycle the scanner last.
{edit} Power cycle the scanner after the computer is finished booting up.
