Hmmm.....299e on a 360 degree antenna??? I wonder where all that power is going? Maybe .299e on a good day. I sure hope they fix their antenna(s)/combiner(s) before they cut over to the new P25 system. It was like this on their old 1224 analog system too.

Looks like the San Fernando Valley will stay on conventional repeaters. I received the old trunked system on Santiago from a few locations in the northern part of the Valley. I don't think the valley units used the system though.

For reference received submission with 12 new active TGs for districts 7 and 12.

As submitter was unsure of exact use and correct naming terminology used by CalTrans, so we have left the TGs with general descriptors such as "District 12 ops"

If anyone can determine exact usage details kindly submit.
