Checking TAFL, shows a possibilty of it being CORE, TD Square has different listings currently. Does that makes sense if you listen to it?

I brought up the TD Square frequencies. I am hearing security TG 301.
I am also scanning 8th Ave Place now. It's showing up as Cap Plus with Color Code 2.
Interesting to see same frequency 424.9125, but different Color Codes.
Yes it is. We need someone with more advanced radio gear than I have to figure this one out.
I will listen to see if I can id some of these talk groups.
The LCN 1
That would be great. If we can get name confirmation on the user, with all that other information, I can add it to the database. 
I recall being told by an ISED rep - admittedly up to 10 years ago, can't recall exactly when - that the southern AB region was "full", as in no allocations available in the LMR bands. This was in response to me asking for two simplex UHF frequencies for my FD. I imagine things have improved since then with a lot of public safety agencies congregating in the 700 band on the provincial radio system, and some other businesses abandoning LMR for phones or PTT over LTE, but you still see a lot of re-use in Alberta even today, especially in terms of single-site low-power DMR systems. There are dozens of licenses that have 461.6125 and 452.5375 (for some reason those two freqs are particularly well represented).

Those frequencies are licensed to Banker's Hall, but I haven't had a chance to track them myself.
I did a test last night with the SDS 200 and record .
424.9125 it said the LCN is 2.
I just want to make everything correct before it gets submitted to the database.

The conversations were to short to tell who the radio system belongs to.
I was looking for the Scotia Centre when I found this one.
I need more scanners for all the new radio systems that are showing up.
I ran the LCN analyzer again today .
It is correct.
