New CAP+ system 453.0000

Just noticed this morning that their is a new Capacity Plus system on 453.0000 and also probably 452.4500, both freqs are Color Code 7. TG's logged on DSD+ are 2,3,70,252,249. Appears to be at least 6 channels. No traffic heard other than key-ups.
Haven't spent much time on it, but it is booming in to North OC. Based on the timing, I wonder if it is a temporary system for the Rose Parade/Bowl? I have not been able to locate anything new (STA?) in the FCC grants or in the FCC DB, which seems to be a ways behind.

Anyone else able to hear it?

This appears to be a temporary system related to the Rose Parade. Hearing mention of "Crew Chief for a float" and other Parade-related comms. Still trying to figure out the rest of the system. Will probably have to wait a few days until it gets busier.

452.500 is RF channel 4 (slots 7 and 8). The CC is 7. TG 165 is the only one active now (something about flowers).

What RF channels did you have for 453.000 and 452.450?

I believe this may be the same temporary system I listened to with DSDPlus one year ago on New Year's Eve and day. Was very busy in early morning.

452.450 is RF channel two (slots 3 and 4).

I may have been a little hasty. This frequency might really be RF channel three (slots 5 and 6). I'm picking up a really weak signal.
