New Capacity Plus in Buffalo

Anyone else in Buffalo picking up the Capacity Plus System on 453.2875?

Its coming up as Rest, Cap +, CC 8 on DSD, I had one talk group come up so far "110", don't recall the slot, but no audio, just keyed for 4 seconds.

Think this might be the first one for the area

I believe it may be this... seeing how its the only thing in the Buffalo area that fits the bill.....

but... that frequency is a low power frequency on the license, and being in the south towns....its doubtful id be getting that

I looked on the DB for canada...and nothing in the area that I found. not saying its not coming from there, but, I didn't find it.

Just got home and I am picking up the same thing, in my frequency list I have it as analog, 453.28750 458.28750 131.8 PL CGH469 Starbag Drilling Niagara Falls Ont.

But as you say this is coming up on the frequency with DSD+ CAP+ DCC-8 slot 1+2 keys up every 4 secs, I'll let it run on my old computer for awhile and let you know what I pick up,
(ps) as I was typing TG=110 -RID-1153 just came up not enough audio to figure out who it is, I will post any information I pick up.

Update, School bus is on this system and also tg-190-rid-1952 has come up

I tuned to it for a while and got units doing radio checks to "base" and a talk group 170 as well

the saga continues..... 460.2375, Cap+ CC 7......

also on the Seneca Nation of Indians License..... but doesn't match to their power level allowed.... especially for my location

TG 190 is a Bus Company, just herd them a few min ago talking about dropping off and mileage on their buses
