New Carroll System and Uniden BCD325P2

Just wondering if anyone has any experience with the new Carroll County digital system and the new Uniden BCD325P2 radio? I'm trying to decide if I should upgrade from my current BCD396XT?????? I don't seem to hear as much since the switchover and I'm assuming it is because the new system is Phase II.

At this point probably more to do with the infamous "digital simulcast" issues and/or reduced area of coverage with the new system.

As I understand it, only non-emergency users (public works, etc.) are using Phase 2 - emergency services (Fire/EMS, Sheriff ,etc.) are supposed to still be Phase 1 (although I haven't personally confirmed that).
