Ok, so I have to admit I have not paid particular attention to the frequencies in the New Castle County database till now. Does the database contain the "rebanded" frequencies or the non-rebanded frequencies, or both? If it does not contain the rebanded frequencies, now may be the time to add them as I understand the contractor is out and about rebanding radios now.

AFAIK the database only has the non-rebanded frequencies. But as has been said before, all you need to do to find the rebanded freqs is reduce the original freqs by 15 mhz.
Once the rebanded freqs are confirmed on the air, I'm sure someone will submit them to be added to the database...Mike

No CC's have been monitored for the re-banded system but infrastructure in going in. As soon as they light up we will add this info.
