New CC?

Anybody in the NE area know what system this is from? The CC is 854.8875 and the ID is C50F. I think it may be the new Tuscawaras TRS system a friend of mine told me about. While on the subject, a friend on Strausburg PD told me within a year Strausburg will be APCO-25, not sure about the rest of the county. Just FYI and thanks for any responses.

I have only one TG so far, analog. It's 57360 and they are calling their dispatch "Central". It's a PD.
