New Central MN TGs

I've been listening to the St Cloud tower of the ARMER system (site 441) and have seen quite a few talk groups and radio IDs that are new to me. Does anyone have any ideas that they are willing to share regarding users or use for talkgroups that go beyond what is in the database presently?

I know that Sauk Rapids and Benton County should be migrating and maybe several local PDs as well...

The only tg's I hear or get are the ones that are presently in the database........beats me dude.
