does any have info on Laredo tx new fire channels if the are monitable because i herd today city concil that local media dont have access to local fire freq. Iam trying to buy a digital scanner but dont want to spend alot of money for noting.so can any body living in laredo or this area have info can help me resolve this issue. thanks for your help

All channels are digital and encrypted. You can no longer receive FD, PD and EMS. You can recieve the Apco DPS for records.
