New CHP Freq Visalia Area?

Hearing Visalia CHP mobiles on 45.100 PL 127.3 from my remote scanner. Does anyone else copy it down there? It's not listed in DB as being for use in that area.

They are indeed using that channel. I heard some Porterville units on it earlier.
