New City of Boston Trunk

The new P25 trunk for the city has lit up. P25 with a mix of Phase 1 and Phase 2 channels. Only a couple of test talk groups, but one of them is patched to an existing Talk Group (I think). Control channel is 851.4000 for those who are interested.

Not permanently. Only been sporadic.
