New CPU FW 7.3 and New EZ Scan for TRX-1E and TRX-2E

New Bandplans added for Spain, Denmark, and Israel. Minor changes to Netherlands bandplan.
After Updating scanner CPU, it is necessary to apply Factory Default Values to remap the EEPROM.

Newly released FW and EZ Scan not provinng custom bandplans for 16 countries.

Any TRX-1 or TRX-2 can be updated to the TRX-1E and TRX-2E
