What is the intent of the 'Downloads' section? Is it going to be expanded beyond the PDF reports?
I ask, because I think that would be a good place to allow contributors to upload scanner configurations for various radios. I know the WinXX series can suck down the db format, but sometimes the db format isn't always the best for radio usage.
Sometimes it might be usful to see different members' 'interpretation' of the raw data.
