Anyone notice lately that Denver has been using a new patch channel ? - or at least one I've never seen used before. It is 12-003

Yesterday Denver had Dispatch 6 and Tac 6 patched together using the above talkgroup and today they have Dispatch 3 and Dispatch 5 patched together with this same talkgroup.

Anyone know if this is something new or has it been around for a while ??

I can't find my notes now, but a while back there was a post about Lakewood & Denver being patched. I think this was the talkgroup. Actually I think there are 6 new ones. I'll try to find them when I'm more awake  .

new ID?

Don't know if this is the same when converted or not, but I had ID 1289 (or 1292, not 100% sure which, but 1 of the 2) appear while monitoring the Denver system yesterday.

I jotted the number down, but I left it in the car, and my wife has that at work.

Not to take over the post, but listening to Denver Public safety this morning and i'm seeing some new TG they are 1289, 0088, and 1538; check the RRDB and did'nt see anything that listed for these? On the 1538 they talk about some medical on B concourse, maybe some patch between Denver and DIA? Sorry Scan-Denver did'nt mean to high jack your topic post.

88 is an old tg, but the others are new for sure. I don't have much time to monitor anymore, but it's interesting that Denver is making changes in it's OLD established system. I think 88 is a Sheriff Tac / Training tg.

Figure that 0088 was might of been a Sheriffs, sounded like c2c talk. Also pick up another TG while listening too 0632, after checking the db that 0631 is traffic ops 5 and 0633 is unid, but the same thing while i was listening sounded like c2c talk..Getting to be fun finding new TG's..
