haven't been listening to HF in a while so coming back into it i stopped on a new digital sound i never heard before and trying to figure out what software is making this sound, and how to decode it,

An idea--give us the frequency and what mode you used to record it.

the freq was on 3.590 MHz

It reminds me of HF-ACARS, but it’s not that…and not on that freq. Hmmmm…I wonder if it is a variation of RDFT.
