New Digital TG 22064 Tulsa/Owasso Sites

I have been hearing a new digital TG 22064 day and night on both the Tulsa and Owasso sites. I think it might be Collinsville PD? Can someone plug it into their digital scanner and give it a listen?

Heard so far

Heard part of a transmission around 7pm, female dispatcher mentioned
"309 north 211" male voice answered. Haven't caught anything else. I have hit counter on. I'll report that in am.

Only one hit after 10:30 PM last night.

Yeah I have entered it, but as he said not catching too much on it.

Traffic

I have heard only brief transmissions. Just now heard a unit informing the dispatcher (female) that he was ("in route back to city") Dispatch answered "10-4". Still havn't caught anything that would identify the station.

Yeah I'm not hearing too much either, and traffic is not being specific on locations.

Mystery solved?

Heard unit say "I'll be out at (address) attempting to serve". Heard on Tulsa site.

The only city I could find with that address was Collinsville. Could be Tulsa county SD.

What do you think?

I think it's Collinsville PD. I read back when OKWIN had their minutes on updated their website that Collinsville PD was passed to join the system. I'll post it if I can find it. If it is them they are using it in conjunction with their VHF which is still their main dispatch. I'm not ruling out TCSO but I just don't think it's them. Can you guys listen further?

Heard a traffic stop this morning, Hwy 20 and 97th street north.
