DMR, CAPS, CON? If it's a DMR channel, do you have a talkgroup(s) that you monitored traffic on? Also, don't worry about "slots" as most MotoTRBO systems I've monitored will switch between slots when one half of the channel is active. If you have it programmed as a DMR One-Channel frequency and select the slot as any, you'd probably have better luck monitoring.

If you're in Search mode, the display will show you...DMR, CAP+, CON etc.

Whistler

My results are different as I'm running dmr on a whistler scanner so I don't see cap plus etc. Unless their is a new firmware update.

Yea might be like the psr800 need to send the info to the sd card. Whistler doesn't show DMR or Cap+ or Con+ etc like the unidens do.
