Rafael Micro R828D 24 - 1766 MHz

The safe bet is to get the R820T.

Antti Palosaari did a write up last year on the R828D.

Antti's LinuxTV Blog: Naked hardware #14: DVB-T2 USB TV Stick HD-901T2

The R828D includes three antenna inputs - "Air 1", "Cable 1", and "Cable 2". It runs on a 16 Mhz clock instead of a 28.8 Mhz clock. If your software enables the wrong antenna input, your receiver goes deaf.

The R828D should work equally well otherwise.

The Fitipower and Futuretronic chipsets aren't as good in terms of multi-band coverage. Elonics - maker of the E4000 chips - is out of business. I don't know enough about the Mirics chipsets to comment on those.

So the R828D have more bandwidth than R820T. Does the Dongle run stable?
