New Downriver talkgroups

I'm hearing a couple of new talk groups on the Downriver system:

49792 and 48096. Havn't quite figured out what the use may be. Been mostly just banter back and forth since I first noticed it yesterday. No activity after about 5pm yesterday. Some more talk today. Calling each other by first names.
Almost sounds like room to room comms inside a building. Some "where you at?" stuff.
Something about "get a ladder" yesterday.

Any of the Downriver Communities have a carnival or festival planned this week or weekend? If so, that would be a good tip-off as to who might be using the system. I can remember when Lincoln Park had a festival last year, and I heard some rather rare "Event" talkgroups being used. This maybe the case this year as well.

Actually, this may not be new. Just new to me. I'm on vacation this week, and this is the first I've been listening during the day, Monday thru Friday since I went digital.
A little bit today, like the first post, folks calling each other by first names. Wyandotte's Street Fair starts tomorrow. You may be right.
