New DPS repeater in Ballinger

Application for a repeater in Ballinger in Runnels County.

Last year they licensed another in in Coleman. I haven't seen anybody confirm if it's in use.

I might be able to hear Ballinger, but probably not Coleman. I can program it in although I'm not out toward Coleman very often.

On a recent trip to Coleman County, 155.5125, NAC 162 (same as Repeater 19) was active. No CW ident was recorded while I was there and the dispatcher did not identify a base (San Angelo as the license shows or maybe Abilene). The one time a location was given corresponded to Runnels County. I didn't not record enough activity to consider this a confirmation for submittal to the database.

I was a good 30 miles from the new licensed site and received a good signal for anyone in adjacent counties to hear.
