For me most awesome feature would be UI redesign. All these windows and stuff - VERY hard to use on tablet, especially with trunktracking. 10+ windows open on 8' screen is meh.
Also i would LOVE something resembling a touch-control 'panel' - so we can hold, skip, lockout tgids using a panel window with big buttons. Tablet friendly.

I believe the windows can be repositioned and/or suppressed by entering certain parameters into the batch files.

DSD,

Would you like us to post in this thread with any possible bugs in 1.92 or start a new fresh thread?

I'm a subscriber to Fast Track but I'm going to wait til a simpler, gui based version comes out. I still cannot get my head wrapped around all the configuring that needs to happen. The documentation does not explain it clearly. It's very clunky right now. Also, it would be great to have trunking with just one dongle if that's even technically possible. I'm using a Winbook Tablet which is plenty of power for decoding but only has 1 usb.

Please make a simpler version of this down the line. Til then I'll stick to SDR Sharp with DSD+ and Unitrunker.

Unfortunately I think you will be waiting for a while. DSD, even in it's original form, has never been targeted towards point and click eazy peazy operation. It's always been a more cutting edge power user program. The documentation (as far as I'm concerned) is more than sufficient but obviously some people have different comfort levels with this kind of thing. Why don't you start a new thread and ask for some help... explain what you are trying to do, what you are trying to listen to and go from there. There are lots of people on here that can (and will) give you a hand and get you up to speed. And no, trunking via one dongle isn't feasible.

Ok, I'll get my questions in order and write a new post for DSD+ and FMP. I've tried to climb this mountain 3 times so far (btw, I have DSD+ working great with SDR# and Unitrunker). Why can't fmp just be started without having to setup a start shortcut or through CMD line? Drives me crazy. And then all these little parameters about telling FMP where DSD+ is located. AAAArgh. But yeah, I do a separate post.

BTW, if I am using Unitrunker stand alone with 2 dongles (1 dongle with Airspy) and I have DSD+ running as decoder, won't I get similar results with trunking? I suppose the advantage of only using FMP is that you can hop around to non-trunking frequencies and listen to them as well.

All programs (UT, DSD+, ...) are started from a shortcut or from the command line. You can start all required programs (UT + DSD+, FMP + DSD+, FMPx2 + DSD+x2, etc.) from a single shortcut if you want to.

And then all these little parameters about telling FMP where DSD+ is located. AAAArgh.
The provided FMP.cfg file already points to the current folder ("."), which is where DSD+ should be anyway, so no need to change anything.

UT/DSD+ and FMP/DSD+ handle different trunking system types. UT/DSD+ is for Moto Type II (P25 CAI), P25 phase 1 and EDACS (ProVoice audio). FMP/DSD+ is for NXDN and DMR trunking.
