New EMS frequencies for Frederic, MI

Just purchased a Pro 197 scanner works good but unable to pickup the Frederic Township 800Mhz EMS frequencies. Does anyone have the new frequencies or do I need to purchase an 800Mhz antenna to get better reception? Scanner was programed with RadioReference.com

Are you sure that Frederic Twp has an EMS system separate from the fire side? Frederic Twp Fire is on VHF according to the database, not 800MHz.

I think he's talking about MMR for Crawford County (MPSCS 5125). In that case yes, his scanner is compatible with it he just needs to learn how to program it for P25 systems.

Also Crawford Co Fire Dispatch is on MPSCS 4198

Frederic EMS just updated to the 800Mhz system about month ago. Still trying to get frequency settings.

Hope this will help I am about 95% sure on these however I don't listen to Crawford a whole lot.
4193-Crawford E911
4194-Crawford E911
4198- Frederic Com
4540- Lovells Com
5125- Crawford MMR
4288- Crawford P911 same as 154.725
4228- Grayling Mercy
They still use the High Band frequencies listed for paging as far as I know.
