Very interesting video they put together. Fairfax is really on top of their game.

Great Video. Nice to see an agency starting to address some of the issues I have observed during 40 years in the business. I did however notice a couple issues though.

In reference to "Words and phrases to avoid", one that I hear a lot locally as well, is "Its going to be" which is used twice at the end of the video. This phrase serves no useful purpose, is rather annoying, and should be avoided.

Also a dispatcher in the beginning of, and later in the video, is holding her hand on the headset while speaking which often creates static over the radio, as the mic can pickup movement and friction as the headset is touched and moved even slightly.

Otherwise they address some much needed changes and I hope others take advantage of their progress.
